Happy Valentine's Day

14th of Feb, a very familiar date to all, love fills the air all around the world, here in Wellington as well. I woke up that Valantine's morning, ate a bowl of crispy blueberry cereal(my favorite) with milk, it was a normal morning, well, at least to me, it was just a beautiful-but-normal morning...

... night falls, the shadow started to creap out of the corner and fill the house as the sun light melts away, it all seemed different so suddenly, I was all alone in my flat, my dark-tuna-can-like flat. I wanted to join the love parade going on all around the world, I did join the parade all right... but I walked alone, the city heart of Wellington was pretty much asleep, there was only me, the empty street, buildings, and the strong chilling wind, I walked no matter the strong wind, or the empty street, until I reach the Front Water Bay, the wind continue to be expectedly strong, although I wish so much, that it was only a gentle breeze...

The stars blinked, there was so many of them, but the Orion was still distinguishable, located at the far side of the sky... It was still, a beautiful night... Happy Valentines to all...

One week... first week...

In just a clip of an eye, one week had already pass since I first arrived in Wellington, according to my seniors, the weather lately is kind of unusual, there is such big changes in weather from day to day, sometimes its warm, hot in fact, and sometimes it rains like hell, what is happening to the world!! During this few days, there is a news in the paper, where some scientist predicted that an earth quake will struck Wellington, and will happened anytime starting from 12th of Feb, it even warned us to prepare enough food for three days in case anything happens, isn't that crazy? but things might happen, and if it does, its god will, and no one can stop Him.

Its been a very exciting week here in Wellington, although I am not in Malaysia, but I still get to celebrate chinese New Year here, because there is still a lot of chinese from all over the over the world here, such as Taiwan, China(a large amount of them), Malaysia... etc. I even had reunion dinner with my college mate, had a few parties in different Christian Fellowship, had a few welcome BBQ parties organized by the Uni and stuff... so its... cool!

School wont starts until 21st of feb, still have exactly one more week to adapt into the alien environment here, when school starts, everything will be different, there won't be time for fooling around, wish me luck then!

Wellington, Capital City of New Zealand

Finally, it happened...

Roughly 8000KM south of Malaysia, the place I am in this very moment, New Zealand, the country which The Lord of The Ring was shot, the place which has been dubbed The Middle Earth, and I am here, can you believe it?

We, ten of us, left Malaysia at on 5th of Feb, 3.40 pm in the afternoon by Malaysian Airline with much anxiety, the airport was crowded with people by the time I arrived (which I was already late for 20 minutes, sorry friends!) we checked in as a group, settled the over-loaded-luggage-but-refuse-to-pay-the-fine problem, and started our journey south to NewZealand, one of 2 country which is right under the Southern-Cross (a constellation, which is right above the sky of New Zealand and Australia, and that's why there are a four stars on the ntional flag of Australia and New Zealand, Crossed).

We flew from Malaysia to Singapore for a Transit flight to Auckland, New Zealand, waited for 4 hours in the famous Changi Airport, Singapore, before boarding the boeing 737, Air New Zealand at 8.30 pm. The Captain of the Giant-Iron-Bird Mr Smith announced that we were going to shot up to an altitude of 33,000 m and stay there for roughly 9 hours before plunging back to a low 200 m altitude and land in Auckland, the weather was great in Auckland that day...

The jet slowing move to the runway, like an old man having a stroll in the evening, as soon as the plane reached the major runway, it suddenly burst from an initial speed of 20 km/hour to an amazing speed of 200++ km/hour, before we know it, we were airborn...

After 15 hours, I am sitting in my senior's house's room, with the light burn out, all exhauted... struggling to finish this post... I'll see you guys soon...
